Returns & Exchanges
Hamiu ("we" and "us") operates the website (https://hamiu.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to clearly outline and agree on our service arrangement, ensuring mutual protection and setting clear expectations for both parties.
1-RETURNS
When it comes to personal health and rehabilitation, a product may perform as intended and benefit many users. However, results can differ from person to person.
We strongly advise consulting with your HCP before purchasing any medical equipment or supplies to ensure the best possible individual outcome.
We cannot assure that any product will specifically treat your condition or alleviate your symptoms. However, all products sold on hamiu.com come with a 1-year replacement warranty for defects.
Returns will not be accepted if the original outer boxes are damaged, if there are tapes or labels on the boxes, if there are stains, pet hair, folded cards, broken seals or plastic foiling, or if there are missing parts.
All returns or exchanges will undergo verification by a third party.
If the returned product is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange.
**Due to health and safety regulations and the hygienic nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been used or tried. This policy ensures the safety of our employees and customers.

- Pillows & Cushions
- Beauty and Personal Care Devices
- Cupping/Moxa Devices (ACHEFLY)
- Cold Laser Therapy Devices
- Nebulizers
These items are eligible for warranty replacement or store credit at 20% off the original value only. Additional exclusions may apply.

Claims or return requests for defective products must be made within 72 hours of receipt via email.
To process your return, provide a receipt or proof of purchase via email.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without prior notification. Contact us at support@hamiu.com to initiate the return process.
Return Request Process:

Submit a Return Request:
- Log in to your account on the store’s website.
- Enter your email address and follow the verification process.
- Select the order and items you wish to return.
- Provide a reason for the return and add any notes.
- Click "Request Return."

Refunds:
- After inspection by a third party, you will receive an email notifying you of the return status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees for lost, unclaimed, or undelivered packages are non-refundable.
- If a package is returned due to refusal to pay import taxes, it is the customer’s responsibility, and refunds may be refused.
Restocking Fee:
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, except exchanges for items of equal or similar value. The item must be unused and in brand-new condition.
Delivery Claims:
- If you experience a non-delivery or your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received it, allow 3-5 days for resolution. Contact the carrier to file a claim if needed. Hamiu is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank account, credit card company, and bank for processing times. Contact us if you still haven’t received your refund after checking.
Sales Items:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items discounted by 40% or more are final sale and not returnable.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Email support@hamiu.com for exchange requests.
Order Cancellation:
- Customers have 4 hours to cancel their order if they changed their mind for any reason.Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders as we dispatch all orders within 4 hours.
Gifts:
- If an item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If the gift giver receives the refund, they will be notified of the return.
Return Shipping:
- Once your return request is approved, return the item to the address provided within 7 days. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service.
